Jason Trice, Cafeteria Manager

I've been at Midway for 11 years after over 25 years in the restaurant business. I enjoy serving our Mustang community and Lexington 1 as a whole. I value getting to know our students during their journey. During my free time, I enjoy traveling, concerts, movies and sporting events.

My job is special since I get to lead a great team while I help these kids get through their day.

Melissa Casterline, Cashier

I am honored to serve at Midway Elementary. This is my 17th year in Lexington School District 1 (3 at Gilbert Elementary School).

I have a daughter, Kaitlyn (21) and a son, Zachary (18). I am a Gamecock fan, I enjoy nature and adventures outdoors. In my free time, I like playing volleyball, foosball, and cornhole; I enjoy family game night and playing cards. I also enjoy volunteering at my church on Tuesdays.
