Nicole Stoudemire, Assistant

My name is Nicole Stoudemire, and I am excited to begin my first year at Midway as a CC2 Instructional Assistant. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Lexington District One through substitute teaching, volunteering, and online tutoring through Varsity Tutors. My background also includes experience as an ABA therapist and working in licensed preschools.

My two children will also be joining me at Midway this year! Outside of the classroom, I enjoy camping, and playing the flute in our local community band. I’m looking forward to a fantastic school year!

Onieka Doyle

I am honored to join the Lexington One and Midway community. I earned my Master of Arts in Teaching in May 2026 from the University of South Carolina in the Special Education program, with a concentration in Severe and Multiple Disabilities. 

As both an educator and a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, I bring a personal understanding of neurodiversity and a commitment to creating supportive, structured learning environments where every student can thrive.

Outside of school, I enjoy reading, traveling, and trying new foods. I am excited to be part of the Mustang family and look forward to a wonderful year.

Sneha Lakshminarayanan, Assistant

Hello my name is Sneha Lakshminarayanan, you can call me “Mrs. L” . I live in Lexington with my husband and two wonderful kids ! I worked as substitute teacher for Lexington district one schools. This is my first year in Midway . Happy to join Mustangs family !! I’m excited to support my students in their learning journey . 

Outside school, I love to spend time with my family & friends. I love traveling & exploring new places . Looking forward to a wonderful school year ! 

Jaelyn Souza, Assistant

Hi everyone! My name is Jaelyn Souza and I am so excited to begin my first year as an instructional assistant here at Midway! I graduated with a B.S. in Neuroscience at USC and am currently in the process of receiving my M.A.T. in Special Education, also at USC. I love teaching children with disabilities and am looking forward to helping create an inclusive and fun learning environment for all students. Outside of work, I enjoy running and spending time with my fiance, friends, and family! Go Mustangs!
