Amber Traister, Psychologist

Hello! I’ve worked in the district as a School Psychologist since 2016 and I joined the Midway family in 2019. 

I grew up in Irmo and earned a B.A. in Experimental Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of South Carolina. I lived abroad in Spain for a semester and then I went on to receive graduate degrees in School Psychology (MS & SSP) from Winthrop University. I enjoy photography, traveling, and spending time with my family.

I’m looking forward to another great year supporting the Midway community!
